OhioMHAS conducts behavioral health workforce survey
The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) is committed to growing a strong and supported behavioral health workforce in Ohio. Along with Deloitte, their agency is engaging in a project to define strategies that address the key challenges within our Wellness Workforce Priorities: Increasing Career Awareness, Supporting Recruitment, Incentivizing Retention, and Supporting Contemporary Practice.
Your experience and opinions are requested to identify key workforce challenges and consider initiatives to address these concerns.
