Telehealth Delivery Extended for Medicaid Services Including Behavioral Health
Extended for 120 days
In accordance with Governor DeWine’s Executive Order 2020-29D, the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) and the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) are implementing emergency changes to Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) related to telehealth services. While the goal is to continue to maintain service access and capacity, psychiatrists and other mental health providers should review the rules to assure that services provided continue to be consistent with telehealth policies and requirements.
