TriHealth is welcoming experienced BC/BE Psychiatrists to advance our Ambulatory Behavioral Health services in Greater Cincinnati. We are looking for engaging, innovative physicians to serve as foundational clinical leaders for two new psychiatrist-led specialty behavioral health clinics.
This rewarding opportunity will allow you to draw from your demonstrated skills and experience to work with referred adults who need a higher degree of care than can be provided by the Integrated Behavioral Health Services established in TriHealth’s Primary Care offices. This position will oversee an innovative, team-based approach to care supported by the large, integrated TriHealth system.
In this role, you will:
- Work with a dedicated clinical team that includes APPs, Therapists, Care Managers and a strong, professional support staff.
- Provide direct patient care utilizing psychopharmacology and measurement-based treatment.
- Develop and implement clinical pathways.
- Collaborate with Integrated Behavioral Health team in the PCPs offices.
- Participate in monitoring outcomes—quality and clinical.
- Participate in the conception and implementation of practice and program development.
