The State Medical Board of Ohio has rescinded current office-based opioid treatment rules and has issued the following new medication-assisted treatment rules which will be effective on Tuesday, April 30:

- 4731-33-04 Medication-assisted treatment using naltrexone.

- 4730-4-03: Office based treatment for opioid addiction
- 4730-4-04: Medication-assisted treatment using naltrexone.
