So much is changing minute-by-minute with the coronavirus (COVID-19). There has never been a greater need (and opportunity) for Ohio psychiatrists and other mental health clinicians to provide telepsychiatry/telehealth services. Medicare, Medicaid and many commercial insurance health plans are making changes to their processes and policies with respect to telepsychiatry/telehealth services. This livestream workshop is designed to provide timely information about what psychiatrists need to know when it comes to coding, documentation and informed consent when providing services via telehealth.
This is a recorded webinar that includes approximately 1.5 hours of lecture, followed by 30 minutes of Q&A.

Diane Zucker, M.Ed., CCS-P, is a health care management and reimbursement consultant who has spent nearly three decades as a consultant providing physicians and practices with educational programs, support and ongoing information on the complex maze of documentation, coding and compliance. Diane has a Master’s degree in Education and a Bachelor’s degree in social work from Kent State University with additional coursework in health care management and reimbursement. Prior to consulting, Diane worked in health care as a social worker and for a major health insurance company. Diane is also a certified CPT coder and ICD-10-CM trainer.
